The study investigated the factors influencing low academic performance of Kongo Senior High School Students in District Upper East District. Objectives were to: identify teacher that contribute to students School, how students’ attitude achievement and indicate school physical facilities students. also indicated difference perception between teachers with regard ways students, about performance. descriptive survey design was used for study. A self-designed questionnaire a reliability coefficient .73 gather data from sample 154 respondents. Purposive sampling method select school. Simple random student participants while convenient revealed did not give feedback regularly It found active lesson. showed have enough classroom furniture aid teaching learning. Therefore, it suggested should on work them know they are doing their subjects. recommended stakeholders education provide
